POSITION: Line Cook

COMPANY: Crossroads Restaurant

 

START DATE: As Soon As Possible

SALARY: Comparable Wages     

HOURS: 30+ hours per week, Shift work (days, evenings, weekends)

JOB DUTIES:      

  • Cook, grill and fry foods such as but not limited to French fries, fish etc.
  • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing, chopping vegetables, fruit and cutting meat etc.
  • Assist the chef with orders
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Perform general cleaning activities in the kitchen area

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Flexibility, able to work additional hours if required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • No experience necessary, but must have a willingness to learn
  • Must work well with others in a team environment
