PREP/LINE COOK  (Start date Oct.1st)

Looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who works well with minimal supervison. Kitchen/Cooking experience an asset!

Duties include:

  • Executing and assembling dishes according to the recipes set by the Kitchen Leader
  • Preparing customer orders correctly and in a timely manner
  • Keeping kitchen and work areas tidy throughout your shift
  • Prepping all stock necessary for the following shift
  • Follow closing procedures including kitchen equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of menu items and ingredients as well as Schoolhouse beers.
  • Helping with day to day brewery work (moving kegs, washing kegs, labelling bottles, bottling beer etc.)
  • Must have excellent time management skills
