KITCHEN LEADER/HEAD COOK   (start date Oct. 1st)

Looking for an organized, creative individual with kitchen management and cooking experience to open/run our upcoming kitchen services.

Duties include:

  • Creative menu planning, food costing and pricing.
  • Formulating and recording recipes for duplication by other kitchen staff
  • Ordering stock and ensuring appropriate stock levels.
  • Day to day running of the kitchen; cleanliness, timely/correct preparation of customer orders, Kitchen equipment maintenance etc.
  • Scheduling kitchen staff members
  • Excellent time management skills,
  • Knowledge of Schoolhouse Products and incorporating them into the menu items
  • Responsible for managing other kitchen staff, ensuring all duties and procedures are being followed to Schoolhouse Brewery standards,
