The Opportunity:

The Administrative and Sales Support position is to assist insales, company procedures, and administrative duties, such as scheduling and communicating with clients and co-workers. Applicants must demonstrate the capability of working in a fast paced work environment, where communication and attention to detail are critical.

  • Receptionist Tasks (answering incoming calls and outgoing calls to clients) · Inventory
  • Scheduling measurements, installs, and site visits with clients and installers
  • Sales (greet customers, provide them with knowledge of solid surface countertops and company policies) · Maintaining and following up on current projects
  • Communicating details and scheduling with clients, co-workers, and management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient to working in a fast paced work environment • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Willing to learn and work as part of a team • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft, Google (email, calendar, drive), and Inventory software programs • Personable and professional
  • Bonus if experienced in logistics, sales, or the stone industry
